McDonald's has all the things of modern restaurant wheelchairs access, make orders online, make your order on the spot if u don't want to wait on queue up, nice parking space. They also have their unique coffee with distinct taste and aroma. Its definitely a place to be

Would NOT recommend the new "Li'l Donuts", had the strawberry jelly ones, supposed to be powdered but the power was rock hard and fell off. Jelly didn't really have any flavor. Figured I'd give them another try so I got the maple one, it was so squishy and wet and didn't taste that great either. There's a reason Tims does donuts and not McDonald's.

Waited for 5 minutes and still got cold nuggets and that's all i got.. good job guys😂

It's good food and its fast

They just redid the restaurant and updated it. It looks fabulous but every single table to the place was dirty with trays still on them, the garbage was over flowing with trash, the drink tower was out of napkins and had soda all over the counter and floor. It was quite disgusting, it definitely was not busy, staff were standing around doing nothing. Won't be dining in at the one any time soon

I once was greeted by a stranger at the counter who said welcome to the worst McDonald's in Canada. Personally I have recieved the worst service here so many times I would give it negative stars if I could. I realize now it is quicker to drive 10 minutes out of my way to another McDonald's across town to save time. This past week it took over 10 minutes to get a coffee and people starting getting out of their car to look inside, horns were honking, I could hear swearing from other cars. For now on its Tim Horton's for me.

Bought 20 nuggets asked and payed for extra sauce didn't get it. By time I went around again and told them food was cold

3 times now been there , no one behind us and asked to pull in to waiting slot for the smallest order ... very frustrating

When you order 2 of the vale pick burgers you should not have to park and wait 15 minutes for that while people with bigger orders get there food first when they order after you.. blows my mind

They have decent food for a quick meal. Is nice place to bring children and had fast service with a decently sized menu.

Went there when it was fairly quiet and went through the drive thru. Had a decent order size. Wanted sweet and sour sauce and they charged us for it which was fine. They made us park in the reserved spot. When they brought out our food we left. They did not even give us our sweet and sour sauce. And we ordered pancakes and they didn’t give us any syrup. All around it is terrible service and I wouldn’t recommend going to this location.

This is the 3rd time I have came through this restaurant in Brandon and my order had the correct items I guess you could say; but was not edible and was not made properly in the slightest. Very very disappointed. Spent $20 tonight and all I could finish was the drink ... Was not the correct drink, but at least it was edible. I'll be visiting the manager at this location first thing tomorrow morning. Go to the McDonald's on the Hill if visiting Brandon if you'd like your food to be done to McDonald's PROPER standards!

Free coffee refills, a better price, and better tasting coffee than Timmy's

Good employees sometimes the coca cola might taste like water very amazing fries and burgers my favourite are the mcdoubles reccomend trying if you haven't already

U have to stir the coffee just pouring the coffee doesn't cut it so sick of bitter coffee till u get to the bottom then it's to sweet

I normally don't comment here, but i have to say this McDonald is the worst. I ordered a double fish, came with one piece of fish unfortunately which I got used to, however I returned to the staff and expect a new one, luckily I got my burger in few second with another piece of fish in the one I returned. What a joke that i got the worst service here before almost 8 months ago, and visited again just because it's McDonalds and close to home. The management is sucks, there are lots of other issues that I don't want to mention which many of people commented already.

Ronald McDonald was not available for autograph, despite several return visits.

Daycare kids went to the Victoria McDonald's today for ice cream. The restaurant was closed and they couldn't go through the drive through because they weren't in a vehicle. 4-5 year old kids walked a long ways in 28 degree heat. They could have let them walk through.

How incompetent are your workers? I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese, large size, sprite to drink and some change chicken nuggets. I didn't receive a single thing I ordered. I got a Big Mac Meal regular size with an iced tea and that's it! Are you guys kidding me? You shorted me more than half my order, it was 2:30pm how hard is it to get an order right in the middle of the afternoon? Unbelievable

Worst management. Kept the main door open and i went inside so manager approached me and told me rudely that our dine in closed. So, Dude lock that door and tape it off. 8 employees running inside here and there but does not care regarding this . Its already this situation from last 4 months. Didnt figure out yet?

It's McDonalds always tastes great, but 20 min later feels awful.

So tired of having my order skewered every time I've come here. Previously left an okay review but I do NOT recommend coming to this Mcdonalds anymore if you want your food in a timely manner, if you want it to be correctly done, or you want it fresh. Better chances of good food up on the hill.

180 degree change from when I visited thisStore a couple of years ago and couldn't get anybody to serve me. Yesterday the service was fast and attentive. Really good experience

Always missing food items and toys in order. Every time never fails.

I expect much better service from them, overall an OK experience 3.5 stars.

McDonald's is a good restaurant. Their employees always know what they're doing compared to Tim Hortons or other fast food joints. I've eaten at a lot of joints, and McDonald's is equal to most other fast food places. Their service and coffee puts them above the pack.

They have forgot how to look after inside customers,probably been there for the last time.
